1. About Saqinova

Saqinova Massage & Wellness provides professional massage and selected grooming services by appointment. Studio appointments are provided at 56 North Road, Southall UB1 2JH. All massage treatments are provided by Saqib, a certified and insured male massage therapist.

2. Services Provided

Saqinova’s current massage service is the Saqinova Signature 2-Hour Full Body Massage , priced at £99 for 120 minutes. The session may combine Deep Tissue techniques, Sports Massage techniques, professional assisted stretching, relaxation work and focused bodywork according to suitability and client preference.

• Shorter 60-minute and 90-minute massage appointments are not currently offered.
• Head massage is completely optional. If not requested, that time remains available for the rest of the body.
• Complimentary dry cupping is completely optional and may be included only where suitable.
• If dry cupping is not requested or is not suitable, the session remains focused on massage and bodywork.
• All services are strictly professional and non-sexual.
• Saqinova may adapt, pause, refuse or stop a service if it is unsafe, unsuitable or inappropriate.

3. Appointments & Bookings

All appointments must be arranged in advance. A booking is confirmed only when the appointment date, time, location and fee have been agreed and the required deposit has been received.

• Massage appointments are currently 2 hours (120 minutes) only.
• Please arrive or be ready on time.
• Late arrival may reduce the treatment time because the booked finishing time may need to remain unchanged.
• If treatment time is reduced because of client lateness, the agreed appointment fee may still remain payable.
• Appointments are subject to availability.
• Saqinova may refuse or cancel a booking if the request, location, behaviour or circumstances are unsuitable, unsafe or inappropriate.

4. Appointment Location

Studio appointments are available at 56 North Road, Southall UB1 2JH . Hotel appointments may be available only when agreed in advance and are subject to location, travel time and availability.

• Hotel massage bookings are subject to the same 2-hour minimum treatment duration.
• Travel charges may apply and will be quoted separately before the booking is confirmed.
• The client must provide accurate address, access and parking information where relevant.
• Saqinova may refuse a mobile appointment if the location or environment is unsuitable or unsafe.

5. Payments & Prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The current studio massage price is £99 for 2 hours . Any other service or travel charge will be confirmed separately before booking.

• Accepted payment methods may include cash, bank transfer, card, contactless payment or secure payment link.
• Any deposit paid is deducted from the final booking amount.
• The remaining balance is payable at the appointment unless otherwise agreed in advance.
• Travel charges, where applicable, are separate unless clearly included in the booking confirmation.
• Prices and service availability may be updated in the future. The price agreed in your confirmed booking applies to that appointment.

6. Booking Deposit

A 25% deposit is required to secure an appointment. The deposit reserves the agreed time slot and helps protect the business against late cancellations and no-shows.

• For the current £99 massage appointment, the 25% deposit is £25.
• The deposit is deducted from the final appointment amount.
• Your appointment is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
• Bookings with a paid deposit are treated as confirmed and prioritised over unconfirmed enquiries.
• A booking confirmation may show the total fee, deposit paid and remaining balance.

7. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

Saqinova’s standard cancellation notice period is 48 hours before the confirmed appointment time .

• If you cancel at least 48 hours before the appointment, your deposit can be refunded, minus any payment processing fees or reasonable non-refundable transaction charges.
• If you cancel less than 48 hours before the appointment, do not attend, or arrive too late for the appointment to reasonably proceed, the deposit may be retained.
• If you request to reschedule at least 48 hours in advance, Saqinova may transfer the deposit to a new available appointment time.
• If Saqinova needs to cancel your appointment, you will be offered an alternative appointment or a refund of the amount paid for that booking.
• Repeated no-shows, late cancellations or non-response may result in future bookings being refused or requiring advance payment.

8. Hotel Bookings

Hotel appointments are available only when specifically agreed in advance. The client must provide a safe, clean, private and suitable environment for professional treatment.

• The attending therapist is male.
• Hotel massage bookings are subject to the 2-hour minimum treatment duration.
• Travel charges may apply in addition to the treatment price.
• By confirming the booking, you accept the agreed service, duration, therapist, location, travel charge and total fee.
• If the session is shortened at the client’s request, the originally agreed fee may still remain payable.

9. Health, Safety & Treatment Suitability

Before treatment, you should tell Saqinova about any condition or circumstance that may affect treatment suitability, including injuries, recent surgery, pregnancy, allergies, skin problems, medication or other relevant health concerns.

• Massage is a wellness service and is not medical diagnosis or medical treatment.
• Saqinova does not replace a doctor, physiotherapist or other regulated healthcare professional.
• If you are unsure whether massage or dry cupping is suitable for you, seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional before booking.
• Dry cupping will only be used where suitable and only with your agreement.
• Saqinova may adapt, refuse or stop treatment if continuing would not be appropriate or safe.

10. Grooming, Waxing & Hair Removal

Where Saqinova offers grooming, waxing or hair-removal services, those services have separate suitability, preparation and aftercare requirements and may have separate pricing from massage services.

• You should disclose allergies, skin conditions, sensitivity, cuts, infections, rashes, sunburn, medication or retinoid use where relevant.
• Results may vary depending on hair type, skin type and aftercare.
• Temporary redness, sensitivity or irritation can occur after hair removal.
• Any aftercare instructions provided should be followed carefully.

11. Professional Conduct

Saqinova provides strictly professional massage and grooming services only. Respectful behaviour is required at all times.

• Sexual requests, inappropriate behaviour, harassment, intimidation or unsafe conduct will result in refusal or immediate termination of the session.
• The full agreed fee may remain payable where a session is stopped because of client misconduct.
• Future bookings may be refused.
• Serious misconduct may be reported to the appropriate authorities where necessary.

12. Privacy & Client Information

Client contact and booking details may be used to manage enquiries, bookings, payments, confirmations, appointment records, customer service and legitimate business or dispute-prevention needs.

13. Results & Expectations

Every client and every body is different. The way you feel during or after massage can vary depending on muscular tension, activity level, lifestyle, pressure preference and individual response.

• Saqinova aims to provide a high-quality professional service.
• Specific physical, pain-relief, recovery or wellness outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
• Any description of relaxation, recovery or muscular comfort is not a medical guarantee.

14. Website Use

Website content including text, images, layout, logo, branding and service descriptions belongs to Saqinova unless stated otherwise.

• You must not copy, republish or commercially reuse website content without permission.
• You must not misuse the website or attempt unauthorised access.
• Website content, prices, services and availability may be updated from time to time.

15. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saqinova is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, booking decisions or professional services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

16. Changes to These Terms

Saqinova may update services, prices, travel charges, availability and these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page.
